Who can use this form
You can use this form to:
- Apply for an exemption to the Navigation Safety Bylaw provisions and/or
- Reserve an area for the purpose of a martime event/activity.
Before you start
Please ensure you have supplied all the required details listed below, before submitting your application.
You can save your application at any time and complete it later (you will be emailed a link)
Applications must be submitted a minimum of four weeks (20 working days) before the event/activity, or the application may be declined.
Documents required
- Detailed nautical chart or plan of the area where the event/activity is to take place. (MANDATORY)
- Safety Plan (MANDATORY) Your safety plans should cover the associated risks that have been identified and managed. Please include the auditor’s certificate if independently audited.
