    This form can be completed by applicants who wish to apply for a Community Grant from rates. Read more about the Grants process here.

    Priority will be given to projects that:

    • address an identified community need
    • align with the council's community outcomes
    • collaborate with other organisations
    • are not solely reliant on council funding.

    • To submit the form you will need to complete all required questions
    • You can save your application at any time and complete it later (you will be emailed a link)
    • You may want to upload some documents to support your application such as plans, quotes, or supporting letters
