Who can use this form

This form can be completed by applicants who wish to apply for a Community Grant from rates. Read more about the Grants process here.

Priority will be given to projects that:
- address an identified community need
- align with the council's community outcomes
- collaborate with other organisations
- are not solely reliant on council funding.

Return the Community Grants Accountability Form by the end of June 2026. We understand that failure to do so may mean we won't be eligible for further funding.Participate in any funding audit of our organisation or project conducted by or on behalf of Tasman District Council.
